How to prepare for a billing consultation
1. Note your specialty mix and whether you need full-service billing or supplemental support (audits, denials, A/R recovery, or credentialing).
2. Bring a recent aging A/R or denial summary if you have one — even a screenshot of claims in the 90+ day bucket helps.
3. List your main payers and the billing software you use today (ModMed, Intergy, Tebra, Simple Practice, or another system).
